Galaxy SGoto Settings > Accessibility > Advanced settings > Time to take action > and check wheather it's set to "default". If that's still in "default", try resetting your accessibility settings. (Settings > General management > Reset > Reset Accessibility settings.)

Kindly try to soft reset your device: press and hold the Power button and the Volume down button down simultaneously for more than 7 seconds to restart it.
Please try to clear the cache: Open Settings, and then swipe to and tap Apps. Select or search for the app you want to clear. Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
