Sharing with you my 1 out of 5 review for S22 ultra on Samsung Gulf site.

All future customers should be aware of the lack of technical support and the transparency of Samsung Gulf with their customers then they are free to decide to buy their devices or not.

The worst aftersale service.

We paid for our devices as or more than the others paid in other countries, and they received the update almost one month ago!!!!

If Samsung Gulf respects the customers, the update would be released 3 weeks ago.

Again, mention that the update will be released in December (without mentioning a date) is another sign of disrespect and lacking transparency
