Poor mobile network in Galaxy S23

Hi all

Why am i experiencing poor network signal in my brand new S23? Iis it a common issue with S23 in UAE?

It's the second day since i started using ilthe phone. Some areas the phone is showing the lowet network signal. And i checked with other people surrounding me and their phones are all showing strong mobile network.

I tried to change from 5g to 4g , restarting the phone, etc.. 

Is there any way to fix it.?

Hello Shz009,

I suggest turning on aeroplane mode and turning it off after 5 seconds.

This will lead the device to reconnect with the closest cell tower.
