I have updated my software last night, now i notice the camera quality is tooo poor. Even a smartphone on 10k budget will have better quality than this one. I have S21 fe 5g, S- series is sis to be one of the premium segments of samsung but what they did on software update is worst

Samsung is selling garbage on high price . Cheating consumers , nothing else. Stop & aware others to don't waste their hard earned money for this Chor - Daku company

Dear Samsung Member,

Greetings from Samsung Customer Support!

As per your query, we would request you kindly perform the following steps to resolve your issues.

Kindly check first if there are any broken camera lenses or scratches on the camera, no laminated or tempered glass is pasted on the camera if not then check after the camera lens cleaning.

Use a microfiber cloth or a cleaning wipe. Gently remove the fingerprints, dirt, and dust from the camera lens.

Reset the camera settings: Home screen tap on Camera>Settings>Reset settings>Reset.
Clear camera application data: Apps>Camera>Storage>Clear Data
Check app cache: Settings > Apps > Camera> Storage > Clear Cache.

You can reset your device by following the steps.
1. Kindly create a data backup of your device via the SMART switch mobile application or http://www.samsung.com/in/support/smartswitch pc suite.
2. Remember the Google password before resetting the device because it is required during initial setup.
3. If you do not remember then advise to reset (Forgot password) his/her Google account.

Path: Settings> General Management.>Reset>Temporary cloud backup or External storage backup>After backup tab on Factory data reset to reset your device to its factory default settings.
This will erase all data, including files and downloaded apps.

If the issue persists, kindly report the problems with a log file. To share a log file, click on the Samsung Members Application (Open Samsung Members Application > Support> Tap on send feedback> Choose Compser> Select error report> select the appriopriate issue category> Type your query and send.)

Warm Regards,
