Galaxy SI am experiencing poor sound quality when using Bluetooth headphones/earbuds with my Galaxy S24 Ultra, both with and without Dolby Atmos enabled. Additionally, the Equalizer does not seem to have any significant effect on the sound. I purchased the phone two weeks ago.
Could anyone please confirm whether this is a hardware or software issue?
I have tested the following Bluetooth headphones/earbuds:
- Sony WF-C500
- JBL Tune Buds 2
- JBL Tune 125BT
- Apple AirPods (2nd Generation)
Software Details:
One UI 6.1 (6.1.1)
