I am user of Galaxy Devices Since 2014. And first time in this period I contacted Customer Care. I thought they are best but, I came to know they are wrost in between I also used Xiaomi and Contacted their customer support and they are way better than Samsung. Any one had the same experience????

I used Samsung Instinct back when Nokia was on the top . But never needed to contact any customer service.
I like to do it by myself 😉
Anyway . You should keep in mind that Samsung is much more popular than others at this time
Also most companies require a period of 3 working days to reply so you have to be patient
Navigate to Samsung’s support page online and select “Message Us” to begin a chat session; when prompted, choose the topic you need help with.
Send an email using the web form on Samsung’s support page, filling out every box and adding photos if applicable before pressing the “submit” button.
Phone lines are open 7 days a week from 8 AM – 12 AM EST for mobile support.
Appliance support is available 8 AM – 12 AM EST on weekdays and 9 AM – 6 PM EST on Saturdays.
You can reach IT support from 8 AM – 9 PM EST on weekdays.
If you aren’t available to talk on the phone right away, you can also select the prompt to schedule Samsung to call you back when it’s more convenient.

Galaxy S
Now its been a week, but they replied me to visit service center and I followed them. There they told me we are not providing battery replacement. I called Samsung helpline and they gave me a number of other service center that is very far. So I thought I should call first to ask if they are replacing batteries or not. But their phone keep ringing and nobody cares. I emailed again and they send me the link to find the closest service centre that I had visited.
And for your argument that they are popular So, its mean Apple is not popular right? Because whenever we called they responded even we visited and they are waiting for us. As we booked the time slot.
