Pink line issue

Hi, after the last software update dated 23 July, 2024 - my S21 Ultra got a dark pink line on left side of my handset screen. What can I do? Why does such updates damage the display?

Immediately try to contact the nearby service center or samsung helpline

Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

You can also get free replacement if your smartphone name is not in list But you'll have to follow some steps and that will took more patience and time.

Capture a picture of your smartphone and post on twitter with proper explanation and tag Samsung and Samsung India.
After wait for sometime, you will be asked to share your contact info in message after that one of the member will directly coordinate with you.
He will ask you to submit your smartphone to service center and they can't refuse.if they refuse directly call that authorised person. service center will dignose your smartphone and send the report to Samsung directly. After your phone's display would be replaced free of cost.

It may take around 15 days

Then sorry as per the rule and regulation of Samsung. You can't get free. You will have to pay money. But still go there and see what they say.

Those who have a completed 3 years guidelines but have updated the software recently!
Nd having these kind of problem then what should they do???!!!!
