Kindly complaint to Samsung customer support through Samsung Members App as error report also send log files Along with this error report for this issue. Then go to service center for replace/repair it's. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also,click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution . Thanks.

I hav performed all the steps provided and also hav visited service center......they told to replace the screen which is the option.....sad part is being a flagship phone ther is no one time replacement for this models wer as there is free replacement for S21 series........ so please request you to provide fix or add this model in the website.....its sad even being proud owner and owning hifger model we dont get the service which others get...
