Picture in picture mode

None of this application works in picture in picture.

How can i enable pip while pressing home button

picture in picture mode works differently in whats app.

Home button will minimize the app.

Refer screen shot. Video is played in pip and you can scroll in same chat or go to another chat.

I suppose pip in all the applications you mentioned works like this.

YouTube pip only work for premium/ paid customer

but i didn't understand how would you use pip in other app like Samsung internet,or uber...
just go to advance features >enable smart pop view, i think it works as you like to do

This is how it should work and it was working for me before android 10. As the same way in my screenshots while pressing home button. When you are watching a video or using navigation in maps etc. Actually pop-up view and pip are different. 

I need Samsung tech support.

i know its different, i only mentioned as of now for alternate option

Chrome PIP is working for me. Either you are not doing it properly. Or you need to reinstall firmware. Visit service center for it.
Using A71 on android 10
