Hello everyone, I have a samsung S10plus now its using android 10 and I want to update it,but the issue is when go to settings- software update its showing that the phone is updated, so what can I do ?

Are you using the custom ROM of the phone or you changed somehow ??

Hi, simonsims12 kindly note that your device may need to booked in for a Software reload. It seems like the current software loaded on your device is malfunctioning. Please go to the below link to locate the closest Authorized Service Center to you.
