Phone struggle after Oct Update

I noticed my S9Plus phone started struggling after installing Oct security update. And wifi symbol arrow always blinking I did check my apps if theyre safe or not. Cleared cache partition still same things. I google I noticed am not alone with this issue. Hope samsung release new update to fix this.

I used to get this since a long time ago, it's just a bug in the software ig, should be fine at least after the ONE UI 2.0 update.
