Phone overheating

Hi, my galaxy s21 ultra is overheating while using the camera. After 10

mins of video recording, the camera app closes automatically and if I

open again, the warning shows that the temperature too high to use the

camera, wait for the phone to cool down. Every time it happens when try

to record something.

My cousins who use the same phone doesn't have this problem

But most of s21 users says heating issue

Heating like hell. But only when use the camera. Camera will stop working while we record. That's the main problem. We can't trust this phone

Ok but now service centers are closed due to lockdown

They've started the pickup repair service. Your S21 Ultra is in warranty. Just contact their helpline number

I contacted customer service but they told to wait till lockdown ends

Here since 2.1...this is the case with Exynos..Samsung hasn't been able to fix it even in S20.

At what settings you are recording the video?
