Does anyone struggle with the phone app?

I recently upgraded to the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra and transferred all data from my previous S21 Ultra using Smart Switch. Since the migration, I’ve encountered a persistent issue where all incoming calls—including those from saved contacts—appear as “Unknown.” Additionally, the call log does not provide options to return calls or block numbers, even when the caller is known to me.
