Phone not connecting to pc via cable

I have a s21 fe

I have been trying to connect it to my laptop via usb cable

I have tried different cables(original one also), usb ports and other laptops as well

The default configuration is at transfering files

But still its not showing in the windows explorer, however the laptop does makes the connection sound while connecting

Any solutions?

There could be a reason.....
Did you encrypt your phone? By connecting with one of your PC
I had done this in the past, and my phone connects to my PC only, not any other one.

Now i forgot how i encrypted that.....

But I'm not sure about your phone, buddy

It seems like your mobile has faulty USB port. Data pins are not working.
USB port replacement is the only solution.

But otg usb drive is working with mobile

When you connect device to laptop/PC.
A pop up apers and you need to give permission to access Device storage. Are you getting that pop-up ?
