Hi
That’s quite frustrating, Aashu1386 😕 — continuous restarts on your Galaxy S25 Ultra can come from a few common issues like a buggy update, app conflict, overheating, or corrupted system cache.
Let’s go step by step to fix it:
---
🔹 1. Boot into Safe Mode
This helps check if a third-party app is causing the restarts.
Steps:
1. Press and hold the Power button until the power menu appears.
2. Touch and hold Power off until you see Safe mode.
3. Tap Safe mode.
If the phone stops restarting in Safe Mode, it means an app you installed recently is causing it.
➡️ Try uninstalling apps you added just before this started (especially cleaning, VPN, or optimization apps).
---
🔹 2. Wipe Cache Partition (No Data Loss)
This clears system cache that may be corrupted after an update.
Steps:
1. Power off your phone completely.
2. Press and hold Volume Up + Power button together until the Samsung logo appears.
3. Use volume buttons to navigate to Wipe cache partition and press the Power button to select.
4. Highlight Yes and confirm.
5. Then select Reboot system now.
This will not delete your data, but it often fixes restart loops.
---
🔹 3. Check for Software Update
Sometimes Samsung pushes a small hotfix after major updates.
Go to:
Settings → Software update → Download and install
---
🔹 4. Remove SD Card (if any)
If you have an SD card inserted, remove it temporarily.
A corrupted card can sometimes cause restarts.
---
🔹 5. Check for Overheating or Battery Issues
Avoid charging while using heavy apps.
If your phone feels unusually hot before restarting, let it cool.
If restarts happen mainly when the battery is low or charging, it could indicate a hardware or battery fault.
---
🔹 6. As Last Resort: Backup & Factory Reset
If nothing above works:
1. Back up your data (use Smart Switch or Samsung Cloud).
2. Go to Settings → General management → Reset → Factory data reset.
This usually solves persistent boot loops if the cause is software-related.
---
If the issue continues even after a reset, it’s likely hardware-related (main board, battery, or power IC). In that case, visit a Samsung Service Centre — they’ll run diagnostics and repair it under warranty if applicable.
