Is it because the phone was in the Sun cause you were driving or soemthing like that? It was my issue before.
But you can try reducing background usage of apps you are not using the most.

Definitely a background app issues
You can try
1. Ultra power saving
2.GO TO deep sleeping apps and select all by hitting the + button
3. Go to device care and see if there are some recommendations
4. Enter safe mode ( not recommended .only to make sure)
5. Back up everything using smart switch on pc and do a full reset
