I am experiencing a problem with my Samsung A50. It keeps rejecting certain number and the error message I get reads "rejected by phone" please help as to how I fix this
1. Contact Samsung by opening the Members app, go to Support on the bottom right corner and scroll untill you see Error Report. Click on it and follow the steps
2. I also had an A50 and encountered sim issues when it was about 4 years old. So I had to buy a new phone
