Phone doesn't work properly

I can't use the phone when I have a call meaning I cant use any other apps please if any obe have same issue reply to me or if anyone can help me to fix it because many time I Went to Samsung store in uae but they are lying I am not trusted to this company anymore and Look I do not recommend anyone who buys their products
