Hello,
I ordered few cases for my s23 ultra from daraz.they are good sturdy cases But the issue is that after using my cell for 5-6 mins with non branded cases on my phone's starts heating up. Btw Got my one UI update 2 days ago. And while my phone was updating to UI 6.0 it did become quite warm but that's understandable. Anyone else having heating issue after the update?

Mostly in quality cases, there is a thin layer of fabric inside to disperse heat and avoid scratches on the back glass. If we use solid silicon or plastic cases the heat releases from processor disperse on the back of the phone but since the silicon or plastic case having less dispersion properties, the heat start adding between the phone and the cases resulting heating or overheating issues. This is more harmful in summer and might decrease the battery life.

I would suggest to place a thin layer of tissue paper in the case or use original cases.

It will be fixed with the update IA. One UI 6 is comparatively heavy as well as Android 14.
Try clicking on performance mode on quick panel and turn it to light.
Go to sim network and turn off 5G.
This might help till the update comes
