Phone automatically turning on the screen without any notification

Hi folks,

My Samsung Galaxy S20 FE 5G is misbehaving from couple of days now. I'm noticing that phone keeps turning on even though there aren't any notification. Also, i have turned of the wake screen feature for notifications. Still I don't know why it keeps happening everyday.

Clear data of settings app and restart the device.

Clearing data might reset all the settings, don't it?

Well I know that but it will atleast make it work normal and most people don't have very high personalized setting , So they can easily adjust to it ...
