Person on otherside of call can't hear me

Hi there,

Every time someone calls (on cellular and whatsapp) me they can't hear me for like 5 seconds, while I can here them. I am not sure if it's my phone or my service provider (mtn).

If anyone can help that would be appreciated🙏

Go to settings and search for microphone access and turn it on or on the button

I tried this. It is still not working properly.
