Galaxy S
Dear Samsung Members,
I am using Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra, and I have recently encountered a peculiar issue related to permissions when using banking applications on my device.
Specifically, these banking apps require permissions to access storage or files, as they need to save screenshots of completed transactions for record-keeping purposes. However, despite my attempts to configure these permissions through the device settings, I have been unable to find a straightforward option to grant the necessary access.
I wanted to reach out to the Samsung Members community to inquire whether any of you have encountered a similar problem with your Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra or if this issue is specific to my device.
Your expertise and insights would be greatly appreciated, as I am keen to resolve this matter promptly and ensure the seamless functionality of my banking apps.
