Its been just 1.5 years of my S23 ultra smartphone and the black glass has already started to peel off. It seems the adhesive gets damaged on its own. I am a very casual user of my phone and taking every possible care of the device. I am using a branded back cover since I have bought the phone. Its really pathetic from Samsung. If I have to reach the service centre and they charge me for this then that will be the end with samsung for sure. Moreover, if they open the back glass then the IP rating could also be compromised.. I am terribly upset. I can move to the Consumer forum for this also...

the glasse started to peel off means the IP rated is gone totally. now you just have to fix it going to service centre

not at all it can happen cause of poor built quality or the adhesive they use probably is utterly cheap to save more cost as if they aren't doing that

I have spent 1.1 lakh for this and the outcome is this. It is just shocking. Samsung is just looting the hard earned money. I will move to consumer forum

absolutely. Can you imagine a normal user after spending that much of money have to deal with a built quality issue!!??.
mera 2019 ka redmi note 7 pro aj taak thik hain usko main use karne main darta tha ki blast na ho gaye itna overheat karta tha.
now compare that with the S series after S10 it's just trash
i was arguing with a sammy fan boy early in the morning guys doesn't even know the ground reality at all Samsung is so bad at heat dispensing that now a days they are just using a larger vapor cooling chamber with crappyyy Exynos processor
S22 bhai jo heat karta tha mera even s21 fe and s21 ultra bhi
