I have been chasing your customer care people and everytime they says issue is highlighted to concern team please wait and there is no update in system who is working on and pending with whom. 

No define process for call back, system entry complaint closure. It's just annoying to call again and again to customer care and every time you call supervisor is also busy..just now I am on call with Customer care and looking for manager/supervision since last 1 hour and still waiting for supervisor..

My issue is pending since last 2 weeks and no one is taking responsibility to resolve it. Your ASM says cannot replace the device he will replace motherboard. Why should I replace when I have reported issue within 2 days of purchase..
