Password Issue

I have forgotten my password that is needed if you want to change or remove your Lockscreen password

After opening screenlock type in the above photo they ask for confirm password. I have forgotten that password

What to do??

this may help

1. turn off your phone
2.press the off/on button+volume up at the same time until it shows a blue screen and then some settings
3.press your volume up to go up if you want to go up and volume down if you want to go down
4.go on the thing that says (wipe data/factory data reset)
5.press on that using your power on/off button after pressing press again to go to yes

then your done

if you cant do this by yourself or having a hard time go to the nearest samsung service center

You may try to unlock your device using Find My Mobile. However,  the device must be connected to the internet and you know the Samsung account and password of your device to initiate the unlock option.
