Try using these settings. It works really lag free for me on my S9 as yours is s10 plus so definitly it should work for you.

The new Pubg mobile 0.17.0 update has lots of bugs and due to lockdown internet traffic has been a major issue which results in higher ping during gaming which causes the game to lag as hell. This has nothing to do with phones hardware.
