PUBG is lagging in Samsung S10

Why my Samsung S10 lagging PUBG. I've used Game Launcher with high performance enabled. And in pubg settings frame rate set to Ultra HD, And performance is set to Smooth. Tho it's lagging. Any other suggestions rather than this?

Ohh it says it's not available in your country.

Use Proxy otherwise wait for few days as Lite version is just officially released in Asian countries and windows version is available, android version will be available very soon.

pubg lagging because of exynos processor in Indian device.. not optimised for this inferior processor..
