If sometimes it is stuck in the screen like this. then possibly 1. Close all the apps and open the file again. 2. The file may be of different format or diffrent fonts which may not be available in mobile version of MS office. So it takes some time to alter the file to make it viewable. It some cases ot dosen't open at all. Also happens with me sometimes.
