I had purchased Samsung Galaxy S10 Lite in month of February 2020. 

I am unwillingly informing you all that I am very disappointed with your Mobile Service. Below is the incidence:

 

On 22nd June 2020, I noticed that my phone charging was slowed down and on 23rd morning I was unable to connect headphones too.

 

On the same day immediately I ran to my nearest Samsung Mobile Service Center ( Beside Madhurima Sweets, Rambaug Lane 4 , Kalyan west, Maharashtra, India 421 301 ) for solving the issue.

 

The Customer representative first denied to check the phone and asked me to come after one week as they had too many phones lying with them for repairing. Somehow I convinced them to at least check the phone and get the issue detected ( as during this lockdown like most of Public, I am also working from home and Smartphone becomes an essential thing ). On Checking it was noticed that Charging Connector was faulty and it had to be replaced.

 

They took the phone for repairing & gave me an acknowledgement receipt and informed me that it will take 4 days for repair. I agreed for the same.

 

On 27th June I tried calling them 4 – 5 times but they didn’t picked up the call. On 28th June I personally visited the service center to get an update but still the phone was unrepaired and I was informed that it will take more 2-3 days.

 

Today is 1st of July and its almost 8 days since I have handed over the phone to service center and issue is still not resolved. This is very disappointing.

 

I have been a loyal customer of Samsung India for last 10 years & been promoting Samsung phones within my contacts but now I realize I shouldn’t do that.

 

I Hope you will help me getting my issue resolved asap.

Because they had too many phones lying around, they might have serious issues, but yes, you can write an email to the CEO, help will be provided.

If part is not available, it may take a month to get your mobile back from service center.

I faced the same issue with my Nokia 7.1. It took a month to get motherboard replaced.

Keep calling customer care and keep asking them for updates. Thats all you can do and that is what I did 😤😤

At this time all the companies increased their products price. But the samsung is the only company decreasing their price . Here you clearly understand how much demand samsung is having at this time .Reason behind
this they selling their mobiles with WORST EXYNOS PROCESSORS in india. If you play big games they will hang like any thing . Their service is also WORST.

I HAVE PURCHASED SAMSUNG M30S MOBILE.

THIS MOBILE SIGNAL RECEPTION IS VERY WEEK. CONFIRMLY I WILL BET SAMSUNG TECHNICAL PEOPLE ALSO WITH 100000/_ REGARDING SIGNAL RECEPTION IS WEAKER THAN OTHER MOBILES LIKE XIAOMI, REALME LIKE CHINESE MOBILES. DONT PURCHASE THIS MOBILES . THEY ARE PROVIDING THEIR ' EXYNOS ' WORST PERFORMING PROCESSORS. THIS IS REAL WHAT I AM TELLING . BELOW I HAVE GIVEN SIMPLE EXAMPLE FOR YOU.

FOR SAMSUNG S20 MOBILE , THEY ARE PROVIDING THEIR WORST 'EXYNOS' PROCESSORS IN INDIA , FOR THE SAME MOBILE IN AMERICA THEY ARE PROVIDING BEST SNAPDRAGON 865 PROCEESOR . EVEN THEIR KOREAN PEOPLE ALSO HATED THE SAMSUNG 'EXYNOS' PROCESSOR PERFORMANCE IN ' SAMSUNG S20 ' MOBILE.

AND THEIR SERVICE ALSO VERY WORST. TODAY I VISITED THEIR SERVICE CENTRE TO RECTIFY THE CHARGING PORT PROBLEM , HE TOLD THAT IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEK TO 10 DAYS TO RECTIFY THE PROBLEM . THIS IS A SMALL PROBLEM . I TOLD HIM TAKE THE COMPLAINT , AND GIVE MY MOBILE BACK , AFTER ONE WEEK I WILL COME AND I WILL GIVE THE MOBILE AND RECTIFY THE MOBILE WITH NEW PART . HE REFUSED FOR THE SAME . REGARDING THIS ALSO I CALLED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE , THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO TELL WHERE THE PART AVAILABLE TO THE NEAREST SERVICE CENTRE IN GUNTUR DISTRICT.

OTHER COMPANIES ARE DOING SMALL PROBLEMS WITH IN ONE DAY. BUT SAMSUNG IS TAKING 10 DAYS . THIS MUCH OF WORST THEY ARE DOING SERVICE.

THEY ARE RELEASING NUMBER OF MODELS WITH SAME PROCESSOR 'EXYNOS 9611' BUT NOT MAINTAINING PROPER SPARE PARTS AT THEIR SERVICE CENTERS . THEIR SERVICE CENTER PEOPLE ARE BEHAVING LIKE GAZITTED OFFICERS. FIRST OF ALL THIS IS THE MAIN PROBLEM WITH SAMSUNG.

Meanwhile you can stop posting the same comment everywhere. Would recommend that you talk about your device and the issue you are facing, so that support team can understand and assist. Talking about other devices or issues will confuse the matter.
