Overheating with warning message

My galaxy s20 fe 5g is overheating a lot, Is it normal? 

It also displays a warning about heating.

If this is not normal I need a replacement

It's not normal. Check it in an authorized service centre.

Could you check your device's battery health from this app in the support section.

Support section< Phone's diagnostics< battery status. If it shows poor the device needs a battery replacement and if it's good then maybe it is due to apps you use.

Sir, I suggest you to download finelock and download thermal gaurdian, to identify which app is causing the issue or else the motherboard or something other will be the cause.

I think its happening because of ambient temperature. My mom is also using same device no such issues till now.
