Overdue Galaxy Buds 2Pro

On the 18th June after purchasing s23 ultra, I submitted documents requested by Samsung through the app to redeem galaxy buds pro.

Over a week later Samsung emailed and said documents could not be verified, I must re submit. 

I submitted again via email, mind you there's a copy of my ID in there.

Till this date, I have not heard from Samsung.

When will Samsung honor their promotion & deliver my galaxy buds 2pro?
