Over Heating Galaxy S21 ultra

Can any one help in solving overheating issue with Galaxy S21Ultra, called  samsung customer care in Dubai and they are useless and busy in making other applications as the cause for overheating and saving samsung who dump this Exynos chipset on customers head without any responsibility and hefty price tag.

Just five minutes of camera use or video call the phone began to heat and it's making un comfortable to hold the phone.

We are paying tripple amount for this scrap after watching the reviews, which are probably paid.

Should take samsung to court for selling the phone with substandard chipset in UAE market.

Everyone does have this issue! Never buying a Samsung phone and should sue for such repetitive and deliberate exynos issues.

Never had this issue though. I have had mine for a month already.

Try to go to the store where you bought it and complainnto them directly. They might help.
