I'm DONE with @Samsung! After the October update, my #S21FE got a ridiculous green line on the display and guess what? Their so-called "customer care" hung up on me multiple times! Now they expect me to pay ₹13,500 for THEIR FAULT when my phone is spotless – no scratches, no dents! 🙄
The free replacement policy ended on Sept 30th, but how is that fair when your buggy October update caused the issue? I’ve been a loyal customer for years, recommending your products to everyone I know. Now I wouldn’t recommend Samsung to my worst enemy. Disgraceful! 🤬
If this isn't resolved ASAP, I’m taking this to consumer court. Samsung doesn’t care about their customers anymore, only about robbing them! #SamsungFail #NeverAgain #GreenLineIssue #CustomerServiceFail
