It'll take another 3-6 months for all the Samsung galaxy devices as Oreo is still in the development stages from Google itself. So when Google completely develops the software for the pixel, they then give a patch to companies like Samsung who then add their customisations over a period of 3 months or more. So don't expect it anytime soon.
