i don't think it'll arrive soon...they didn't roll out to many countries till now...even i'm also waiting for oreo official update.
If its takes toooo long i will update with indian firmware..

this link only shows the CRAP verision for s8+..i heard that one have little bit problems (some restarting auto). They pause the rollout because of that. around Feb 22nd they release the new version call CRB7.
