Oreo Update and so called bixby

looking at how Samsung is treating Indian customers with double standards and delayed updates we will receive Oreo when Google launches Android 10. instead of saying technical reasons give us the exact reason behind delaying so called bixby update. Made a mistake switching from Moto to Samsung... keep up the good work Samsung

I think Samsung is trying to hasten it's pace concerning software updates. Look at the 1.8.2017 update, which was released within the month of August itself; earlier these monthly updates were always late by minimum one and a half month, if not longer.

that's a security patch and still we are on 7.0. why no update to 7.1.2 ? more than 200 countries got bixby but not India. look at the history of updates Samsung provided

it's perfectly fine to delay but why not disclose the reasons.. ? are those reasons difficult to solve and push the updates just for one country ???
