Guys Samsung had a plan to release the final build by yesterday but things had changed now for reason unknown yet but even
*Nokia announced that they ll update directly to Android 8.1 and
*Oneplus cancelled their Oreo OTA update for One plus 5 after learning unanticipated bugs
So please don't be a pessimist and push Samsung for a final build because

Oreo beta 3 is stable enough to use it on a daily driver
Guys who have had bugs try booting in safe mode or reset your device and dont install any 3rd party apps which aren't optimised for Oreo yet.

if battery drain
***Wipe cache partion in recovery mode too.
Switch to power saving mode and add all apps to auto sleeping apps.
Turn off every feature you don't use like nearby device scanning, NFC, smart lock, Google location history, device manager from device administrators and so on, enable master sync to your official email only and manually syncing your contacts or any other time at any given scheduled time is great***

it's okay if you don't know these geeky stuff
just learn from forum & its members and ask anything you cannot analyse

Thank you for your query. We would like to inform you that based on the feedback collected after Oreo Beta program; Samsung will be releasing the official version of Oreo OS as soon as possible, which would be an improved version of Oreo Beta Update. Till then your loyalty with Samsung will be highly appreciated.
We would not be able to commit any exact date of launching official Oreo update. However, you can keep the Beta software until new official version is released. Once the official version is released, you can update to it.
