Connect to server

Please advise what is this message about and how to avoid it.

it could be your application installed dear. You have to check it.

put your device in safe mode restart the device and when you saw samsung logo press the volume down key for 10 second

It's weird because the same message appears almost every day around 8pm to 10pm and goes away for the rest of the day.
I have tried everything but nothing made it go away until now.
