OneUI 4 update for Samsung S20+

As per the Support page on Samsung website, the Android 12 update was released on Jan 11 however, I have still not received the update. Do you guys have any tips of getting the update faster? Is there anyone else who is still waiting for the update?

In order to update through Smart Switch, should I just install the Smart Switch App on my phone and connect it to Laptop?

You have to install smart switch on your laptop and phone and then connect your phone

I have a feeling that the build release pushed via Smart Switch has some issues due to which the OTA update has been paused. Do you think this is possible?
