Samsung fans, get ready—exciting news is on the horizon! The highly anticipated One UI 7 update, built on Android 15, is set to reach more Galaxy devices soon, including the popular Galaxy S23 series. Here’s what you need to know about the upcoming rollout, straight from verified details shared by Samsung.
Samsung Vietnam has officially announced that the stable version of One UI 7 will start rolling out on April 14, 2025, to a range of flagship devices. The first wave includes some of Samsung’s flagship models: the Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy S23 series, Galaxy Z Fold6, Galaxy Z Flip6, Galaxy Z Fold5, and Galaxy Z Flip5.
Samsung isn’t stopping at just the April 14 release. The company has shared a clear and detailed plan to ensure the update reaches more devices in the weeks that follow. According to the announcement, the Galaxy S24 FE is slated to receive One UI 7 starting April 23, 2025.
On April 24, One UI 7 should be available for the Galaxy S23 FE, Galaxy S21 series (including Galaxy S21 FE), Galaxy Z Fold4, and Galaxy Z Flip4. By April 28, the Galaxy S22 series, Galaxy Z Fold3, and Galaxy Z Flip3 will get the major One UI update.
After the initial rollout, Samsung plans to expand the update to other eligible devices, including older models and mid-range phones, though specific dates for those were not detailed in the Vietnam announcement.
