One ui 8 or 8.5 update

I have s25 ultra USA model i uave not received update of android 16 and one ui 8 or 8.5 till yet. Can anybody help me through this

Contact your shopkeepers/seller and then he activate the updates in your phone. Unfortunately Samsung pk can't access imported phones through their service centre.

Mery mobile main bhi yhi issue tha mainy shopkeeper sy kaha to us ny updates on kr di pta nai kaisy kia.
I'm using S22 (PTA approved) imported from USA.

I approached him but he said wait until for the official update to release or if he manually update the software all the data in the phone will be vanished kindly guide me what to do
