Go to Settings > General management > Reset > Reset Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings > Reset Settings.

Note: You will have to reconnect to all Wi-Fi networks and pair to all Bluetooth devices again.

Hello,

I already followed these steps and reset the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, but the problem was not resolved.

Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are still not working, the phone overheats, and a green line appeared on the screen after the Android 16 update.

I have also sent an error report through Samsung Members, and it shows as “Received”.

Please escalate this issue, as it seems to be a system bug related to the current software version.

Thank you.

I'll get back to the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issue just now, but the green line? Did the green line come while it was on the updating screen?

“The green line did not appear during the update screen.
It appeared after the update, during normal use.
The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues also started after the update, and we have been waiting for a fix for about 2 months.

Have you tried doing a factory reset?

You can back up everything if you go to Settings > General management > Temporary cloud backup. Then restore everything after the reset.
