Galaxy SI already followed these steps and reset the Wi-Fi and Bluetooth settings, but the problem was not resolved.
Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are still not working, the phone overheats, and a green line appeared on the screen after the Android 16 update.
I have also sent an error report through Samsung Members, and it shows as “Received”.
Please escalate this issue, as it seems to be a system bug related to the current software version.

Galaxy SIt appeared after the update, during normal use.
The Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues also started after the update, and we have been waiting for a fix for about 2 months.

Galaxy SYou can back up everything if you go to Settings > General management > Temporary cloud backup. Then restore everything after the reset.
