Can i install oneui 7 beta manually..i just need to experience it..give some suggestions.it says maximum users reached. How can i enroll or install one ui 7

Please don't do this it's not safe for your's device. You will be get One UI 7.0 stable version update may be in next quarter. Also stable version update is far better than buggy Beta update. U can sideload the one ui 7 beta
But it is risky and do not try on primary device

Or wait for the stable update next month

This is the way to update to OneUI 7, BTW I followed the instructions and using OneUI 7
