Haven't received one ui 5 update in my s21 5g german variant.Why? Also another question..do i have to insert a sim to so that it can update or it can update without sim card?

You can update without sim card. YOU JUST NEED ACTIVE WIFI THATS ALL.


SIM CARD DOES NOT HAVe ANYGHING todo with Software Update.

Sim Card does not matter while updating your phones software
First tou only need internet connection to download the update after that internet is not required to install the update
