Just another generic reply. Nothing on Smart Switch as well. Been almost 2 months now. You guys are just embarrassing yourselfs!! This is really unacceptable, can we please get some answers and not this generic **bleep** to check for updates. We check everyday. You just don't care about is

As far as I know they have released update for s10 and note 10 series .

That's the problem. They skipped right over the s20 and note20 to the 10 series and the a series. That is why we're complaining
