yes remove the sim out from the phone connect wiht wifi then try I had same problem wiht my note 10 bec I baught in india had jio and. now I am in canada so I had same problem just remove the sim restart phone and connect with wifi then register and install one ui after install then u can put it sim back in the phone

Bought from UAE,came to India and now in China,may be thats why its not working😅

Also Stable may be the best option for me as its my only phone😊🙌
