The update is ready and has been uploaded by samsung on 16 april but not making it public just to make difference between s24 series and s23 series as you can see in the given picture the DYD9 build which will be stable build for all phones one ui 7 is uploaded on 16 april and didn't updated it again as it is completed other wise samsung update it daily
