One Ui 2.1 postponed

It seems to me that Samsung has paused or postponed the One UI 2.1 update for the s10 and note10 line for some reason.

The last update on sammobile firmware section is of Israel on the 26th of march. After that no country has received the update.

few countries like Switzerland Germany Israel etc have already received One UI 2.1 in the last week.
