I am facing network issue with ma S23 after Upgrading to One UI7. Does anyone facing any issues after updating your device?

It's a major update reset factory data with backup then try to it's again. If you like please accept as a solution it's help to others users also, click on 3dots in my reply section and click on accept solution. Thanks.

Yes so many people are.. nothing will work, just raise this issue on Samsung members feedback issue of network,there were many more bugs. It need a serious fix update.
