Is anyone facing a problem installing the new update (June update) on Samsung S24 Ultra devices..

The device downloads the update and reaches the new interface update stage (black screen) and stops at 25 percent and shows an error⚠️ and stops then the device reboots. And the device did not install the update.

It sounds like you're encountering a common issue where the Samsung S24 Ultra June update is failing to install, specifically getting stuck at 25% during the "new interface update stage" (black screen) and then rebooting with an error.
Here's a breakdown of potential reasons for this problem and possible solutions, based on similar reports for Samsung devices:
Potential Causes:
* Corrupted Download: The update file might have been corrupted during the download process. This can happen due to an unstable internet connection.
* Insufficient Storage: Even if you think you have enough space, large updates require a significant amount of free storage for the download, extraction, and installation process.
* Battery Level: While it sounds basic, a low battery can halt an update. Devices often require a minimum percentage (e.g., 50% or more) to proceed with an installation.
* Software Glitch/Temporary Bug: There might be a minor software bug on your device preventing the update from completing.
* Conflicting Apps/Settings: Sometimes, a third-party app or a specific setting can interfere with the update process.
* Server Issues: Less common, but Samsung's update servers can sometimes experience issues, leading to incomplete or failed downloads.
* Hardware Issue (Less Likely but Possible): In rare cases, a deeper hardware problem could be preventing the update.
Troubleshooting Steps:
* Restart Your Device: A simple restart can often resolve temporary glitches. Try restarting your S24 Ultra and then attempting the update again.
* Ensure a Stable Internet Connection:
* Wi-Fi: Make sure you are connected to a strong, stable Wi-Fi network. Avoid public Wi-Fi or networks that might be intermittent.
* Mobile Data: If Wi-Fi is proving problematic, try using a strong mobile data connection (though this can consume a lot of data).
* Check Available Storage:
* Go to Settings > Battery and device care > Storage (or similar path depending on your One UI version).
* Ensure you have a significant amount of free space (at least 5-10 GB is recommended for major updates). If not, delete unnecessary apps, photos, or videos.
* Charge Your Battery: Ensure your S24 Ultra is fully charged or at least above 80% before attempting the update. It's best to keep it plugged in during the installation process.
* Clear Cache Partition (Recovery Mode): This can often fix update issues without losing data.
* Turn off your phone completely.
* Press and hold the Volume Up button and the Power button simultaneously until you see the Samsung logo.
* Use the Volume buttons to navigate to "Wipe cache partition" and press the Power button to select it.
* Confirm your choice.
* Once done, select "Reboot system now."
* Try the update again after the phone reboots.
* Try Updating via Samsung Smart Switch (PC/Mac):
* Download and install Samsung Smart Switch on your computer.
* Connect your S24 Ultra to your computer using a USB cable.
* Open Smart Switch; it should detect your device and prompt you if an update is available. This method often provides a more stable update process.
* Reset All Settings (Last Resort before Factory Reset):
* Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Reset all settings.
* This will reset all your phone's settings to their defaults but will not erase your personal data. After resetting, try the update again.
* Factory Reset (As a last resort): If all else fails, a factory reset might be necessary. WARNING: This will erase ALL data on your phone. Make sure to back up everything important (photos, videos, contacts, app data, etc.) to Samsung Cloud, Google Drive, or your computer before proceeding.
* Go to Settings > General Management > Reset > Factory data reset.
* Follow the on-screen instructions.
* After the reset, set up your phone and then try to download and install the update.
* Contact Samsung Support: If none of these steps worked.
